The above mandala COLORED by Kiri, reminds me of the work of scientist Ernst Hackel who documented the creative life of nature, specifically underwater microscopic organisms. Here is one of his prints, and a video clip from Proteus a documentary about his life and work:

Kestrel brought us back to the time of the Dinosaurs, what great beings, always in our hearts.

This lotus mandala, COLORED by Grazina, is symbolic of the message of the lotus - from the muck of the bottom of the pond we can rise/grow and we can flower. The wisdom of the lotus is a part of many world traditions, including Hinduism and Buddhism.  Many dieties of wisdom and prosperity sit upon the lotus.  The following is a mantra to Maha Cundi - from my understanding a Goddess style mother of Lotus Beings from the Buddhist tradition:

A singer, Eliane Haas, wrote a song about the angels- and the quality of the colors that they use to heal with.

Her song translates from Portuguese to English:
